PTO General Meetings
All Kiva families are encouraged to attend.
Executive Board Meetings:
The Kiva PTO is a non-profit 501c3 organization created for the sole purpose of helping the school meet its goals in educating our children. Our mission is to be child-centered. Through various fundraisers held throughout the year, 100% of the proceeds generated are put back into the school to support our mission. Every family who has a child attending Kiva becomes an affiliate member of the PTO.
There are at least four meetings conducted by the Executive Board of the PTO for the purpose of informing parents of school activities, our budget, how much money has been raised and how it is being spent. Your participation is encouraged and greatly appreciated!
There are numerous volunteer opportunities, both in the classroom and school-wide.

To effectively communicate with all aspects of the Kiva community by utilizing a variety of media.
To identify sources/partnerships available to support educational programs and an enhanced school environment.
To create an environment that encourages parental and professional staff participation.
